CIAMC’s programmes are designed to raise standards of professional practice in support of better business performance
The programme is categorized into three entry options:
- a. BASIC LEVEL:
(Foundation Parts I, II & III): SHS/Advanced Level Certificate holders with passes including English and Mathematics should apply for admission into Foundation Part I,
- b. OPERATIONAL LEVEL:
(Intermediate Parts I, II & III): HND Certificate holders should apply for admission into Intermediate Part I
- c. MANAGEMENT LEVEL:
(Professional Parts I, II & III): BSc/BA/BBA certificate. holder or equivalent professional qualification

Internship for management and leadership skills development, Decision making techniques and theories, Management challenge project, Development of intervention, Stakeholder engagement work plan design, Needs assessment and baseline survey, Contemporary Issues and Best Practices in Public Administration, Administrative Law, Management of White Collar Crime, Professional Ethics and Codes of Practice, Health, Safety and Work Environment Management
- Management Consultancy Practice
Concepts, Theories, and Models, Concept paper and proposal writing, Procurement Law and Consultancy Services Procurement, Writing of expression of interest, Technical proposal, Financial proposal, Consulting grouping and competitive bidding, Needs assessment and baseline survey consulting, Contract Law and Contract Negotiation
- Strategic Audit Report
Current Situation: (Balanced Scorecard and financial ratios), Corporate Governance: (Principles, Theories and analysis), External Environment: (Principles, natural, societal, & task), Internal Environment: (Principles, Structure, culture & resources), Analysis of Strategic Factors: (EFAS, IFAS, TOWS, & QSPM analysis), Alternatives and Recommendations: (AHP, SSF & Implementation: (Feasibility studies & Business planning) Evaluation and Control: (Principles, Types: feedforward, concurrent, and feedback, Control process, Evaluation Methods and Processes
- Programme Duration
Two (2) years
• Lectures/Tutorials – Twice or once a month, and on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) Lectures are held at all regional centres
• Tuition at CIAMC is very flexible and affordable
• Ten Thousand Ghana cedis (Ghs10,000). Ghs4,000 initial deposit and Ghs600 monthly installments. Fees charged cover tuition, study materials, water and lunch.

Experienced Practicing Administrators and Consultants
The entry requirement is structured for the various levels:
- Who can apply
i. Senior corporate executives in private, public and NGO sectors with relevant post graduate qualification and administration experience
ii. Senior corporate executives in private, public and NGO sectors with relevant post graduate qualification and consulting experience
iii. Practicing Management Consultants.
- Application Options
Three Application Options:
Basic Level: Entry point for consultants with a minimum of three (3) up to nine (9) years of management consulting experience as independent or internal consultants with five satisfactory clients evaluations. Applicant must have a Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of work experience including 3 years of full time consulting plus significant professional education in management consulting, and pass a written and oral examinations.
Experienced Level: Entry point for consultants with minimum of ten (10) years working experience as independent or internal consultant. Applicant must meet the Basic Level requirements. The scope of the written and oral examination may be reduced by taking a challenge examination.
Executive Management Level: Entry point for high level managers with 20 or more years’ experience with at least 3 years of consulting with clients and accountability for successful completion of projects involving management consultants and otherwise meeting requirements of the Basic track. The scope of the written and oral examination may be reduced by taking a challenge interview.
